After repairs to Casa, we had a lovely weekend visit to Texas for Ross's 60th birthday celebrations. Texas is on the Qld/NSW border and is approx 250km from the east coast and on the inland side of the Great Dividing Range. This puts it into one of the regions that is regularly very dry, but for our trip, the country was an absolute picture due to the recent good rains.
