14 Cape York (Coen to Bamaga, Torres Strait then to "The Tip")

Reaching the "Tip" of Cape York on the Peninsula Development Road (PDR) was a dusty trip but in most places the road had been graded and was in reasonable condition - unlike our return journey. On the "good" road, one driver was possibly travelling too fast and rolled over near Musgrave Station, luckily only a few hundred metres from the airstrip where the RFDS could fly in.
