| The town of Karumba on the Gulf of Carpentaria is not an attractive town at all. It's only real attraction is exceptional fishing in season and the wildlife on the Norman River and the Gulf. Despite people saying that crocodiles are prolific, we saw just one for a brief moment before it raced into the river. |
