| A short distance (south) from Katherine, Cutta Cutta Caves is a limestone formation of stalactites and stalagmites. Inside the cave we saw some stunning colours of the rock flows with glittering specks of calcium carbonate. The story is that the cave was discovered by a drover (John Smith) when he lost cattle into the cave opening. |
