Eromanga to Cunnamulla via the Dig Tree, Noccundra, and Thargominda before crossing the Qld/NSW border

 

Continuing on the Natural Sciences Loop Road - from Eromanga, the Dig Tree, Noccundra, Thargominda to Cunnamulla. The Burke and Wills "Dig Tree" is situated on Nappa Merrie station and is roughly a 400km round trip from the Loop Road on the Innamincka (South Australia) road. We were quite surprised at how good the country and the cattle looked when they hadn't had a lot of rain through summer.
