| Beaconsfield Mine & Heritage Centre where we spent 3.5 hours - it was very good. This was an actual mine site, and the one where the rock fall, caused by a minor earthquake, killed 1 miner, and trapped 2 other miners 925 metres underground for 14 days in an area of about 1.5 square metres, Todd Russell and Brant Webb on Anzac Day 2006 |
